“Rupantarat Moi” was the first part of the autobiography of Dr. Amarjyoti Choudhury. In it, he portrayed himself growing up amidst rivers, trees and forests, songs, dances, and theatre. He depicted a student who barely passed with the help of his teachers, a boy carrying deep inner turmoil, a teenager dreaming of becoming a film actor, and a life blessed through books and the company of many inspiring people. This phase of his life, up to the entrance examination, formed the narrative of “Rupantarat Moi”. Then, Cotton College brought a new light into his life. It was this college that showed him the universe through the prism of physics. It taught him to search for answers to the question, “Do I need a degree, or do I need knowledge?” Through numerous struggles, he learned to see culture, love, and life in a new way. With new dreams and determination, the institution reshaped him as a person. Thus, “Enekoye Rupantarat Moi”, becomes a reflection of that exciting transformation.
